Work is No Work

Work is either fun or drudgery. It depends on your attitude. I like fun. (Colleen C. Barrett)

It was observed by industrial psychologists, that “highly effective people” (borrowing Stephen Covey’s term) are those who viewed work as no-work at all but a privilege and a calling. These people, they further assert, are the most creative individuals in the organization. Not only that, they spur others to do the same.
