		<description>It is so true everybody i meet want to start big,be it in your own business it is always adviceable to start small and  learn the tricks of your trade as it  grows.Most people online are looking for get rich quick jobs.I am starting a new business soon which i have spent close to two years learning about  and i am proud to start low even though i have the capital to start big.I am glad i found your blog.

Can't blame them. It seems to be the common expectations among new college graduates.

Incidentally, I interviewed one cocky fresh college graduate who earned his degree from a 'very expensive university.'  He refused to accept entry level jobs because he thought that he should start as an Assistant Manager immediately, reasoning he came from a 'very expensive university.' Lol. 

Well, I asked him to find job elsewhere.  Then after a week or so, he came back  and asked if I could consider him back.  Of course, I refused him.  Because I fear, he will have difficulty adjusting in my management style.

It pays to start at the bottom and mature in the process, it makes you a better manager and a good leader.
