I have friends who made millions in real estates. Surprisingly, two of them were not even college graduates. Yeah. I envy them. In fact, at one point in my career, I contemplated of joining them. Anyways, what made them successful, while the rest failed or remained mediocre?

I noticed the common elements they have with other successful people I know: they knew how to adapt to the changing trends in business that is they play their games accordingly, and they are persistent. Simply put, they know how to reinvent and innovate as Mori did. In addition, they never gave up when times are harsh and when odds are against them –which I believe is the true mark of a great real estate professional.
